First, is it one of these?

• Your ChatGPT or API account. We are not OpenAI. We cannot see your account, your bill or your limits, and we cannot restore access. OpenAI's help centre is at help.openai.com.
• An outage. Our outages page lists recent incidents. The present state of each service is at status.openai.com.
• An article you want removed or changed. If the report belongs to another publisher, that publisher must change it. If our excerpt or credit is wrong, tell us here.
• Advertising. The booking form reaches the right person sooner.
• Writing for us. Read the guidance for contributors, then submit through the editor.
