ChatGPT Slides lets users create, edit and present decks without leaving ChatGPT

OpenAI is expanding ChatGPT’s role in the workplace with ChatGPT Slides, a new presentation-building feature that lets users create, edit, and collaborate on slide decks directly within the platform. Announced in OpenAI’s October 16 release notes, the feature is designed to take users from an initial idea to a finished presentation without requiring them to manage every step manually. Users can start with an existing ChatGPT conversation, uploaded files, an outline, or a sample presentation that guides the design. ChatGPT can then turn that material into an editable deck, generate custom images, and help refine text, visuals, and charts. Users can also edit individual elements themselves or ask ChatGPT to make specific changes.
