OpenAI, in collaboration with entrepreneur and AI creator Varun Mayya, has concluded ‘Build What Moves India’, an initiative that brought together innovators to explore how AI could help make essential digital services simpler, more accessible, and more useful. The initiative drew over 13,000 registrations and culminated in Bengaluru, where 10 finalists presented working prototypes addressing challenges rooted in everyday experiences. The initiative was grounded in the understanding that people who navigate essential services bring first-hand insight into where those services can improve. With access to AI tools and technical guidance, participants were encouraged to translate that knowledge into practical solutions. Of the builds submitted, 250 were shortlisted, with 10 finalists selected to present their prototypes.
